The hotel complex "Solnechnaya" is located on the border of the Central Park of Culture and Rest named after .Gagarin. The park was established in 1934 and to this day has remained a favorite place for townspeople. On an area of 1,200 hectares the zoo, entertainment rides, the children's playground "Gulliver", a quarry, where you can ride on a catamaran, the carting, the children's railway, sports equipment rental, and, of course, a green forest are located . The park regularly hosts festivals, flower shows and other entertainment events.

If it iswarm outside, we recommend you to take a walk or drive to Shershni reservoir, on the banks of which there is a sandy beach with water suitable for bathing. The distance to the beach is 2 km.

 At the intersection of Forest and Park Street and Lenin Avenue, the main street of the city,there is South Ural State University, the largest university in Chelyabinsk. The central building is decorated with a spire and the sculptures of ancient gods,Prometheus and Glory. If you go furtheralong Lenin Avenue, you can see two higher educational establishments: Chelyabinsk State Agroengineering Academy and Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University. The latter is close to Aloe Pole ― a large landscaped park. Before the revolution there were fairs in this place, but today it is a popular place for meetings and entertainment of citizens.

 The central area ofthe city is Revolution square with Lenin monument on it. The Drama Theatre is located nearby. Behind the theater there is another green park,Pushkin Park, a popular place for townspeople. Movie fans may be interested in a big cinema "KinoMax." Next to it there is the statue of the sphere of love, the symbol of lovers.

One of the main attractions of Chelyabinsk is Kirovka or "Chelyabinsk Arbat" ,a pedestrian street in the center of Chelyabinsk. There are architecture monuments of the 19-20 centuries here, there are also the bronze life-sized figures of a beggar, a guitarist, Lefty with a fleaforged by him ,a policeman, a fireman on the fire coach. There are all sorts of shops and places for recreation and entertainmenthere,a post office and a zero mile. Here you can find street artists and musicians. An office skyscraper called "Chelyabinsk City"was built on Kirovka several years ago.Kirovka ends with the beautiful Yaroslavl Square where the Theatre of Opera and Ballet is situated. The theater is

located opposite the Concert Hall named after Prokofev.

Connoisseurs of fine arts can visit the Art Gallery. And on the waterfront there is modern building of the Regional Museum, which has a unique collection dedicated to the

history and nature of the Urals. If you go down the Troitsky Bridge, you will admire a beautiful fountain on the Miass River, which rises directly from the surface of the water. From the bridge you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Palace of Sports "Youth" and the dome of the Shopping Center. And on the other side of the river you will see the building of the Chelyabinsk Circus.
